We are based in Cape Town, South Africa and offer collection of orders in Kirstenhof (Southern Suburbs). Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email with the exact address and more information. We do not allow external courier companies to collect your order on your behalf. 

International Shipping: 
We now ship internationally with FedEx from $20, please email roxy @ ellipshair. co. za with your order and delivery address for an accurate costing.
